For years, Daniel worked long shifts at an auto shop. His hands were always covered in grease, and his clothes smelled faintly of oil no matter how many times he washed them. To most people, it was just an honest job.

But to his family, it was something to look down on.Whenever he came home, the looks on their faces made him feel small. He simply packed up his tools and left quietly.
